Angela Mason is a Registered Social Worker and has a Bachelors and Masters of Social Work. Angela works with individuals 18+. Sessions with Angela will hopefully make you feel heard, seen, cared for, and understood. Past and current clients have described Angela as warm, caring, oozing empathy and compassion, and can feel like talking to an old friend who really gets you. Angela practices from a person-centred and compassion focused place. She uses Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a narrative approach, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM), DBT, and CBT.
