If you are a new client, we recommend scheduling an assessment of fit/consultation call to have a chance to connect with your chosen therapist before booking a first full session. This way you can mutually assess whether your concerns and personality mesh with their therapeutic style and personality.

If you’re a new client who already knows who they want to work with, please select an Initial Intake Appointment with your chosen therapist and book yourself in for a first full session!

If you are an active client, please book up to three (3) sessions with your therapist.
